• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) as available at checkout.

• All transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999.
• Domestic shipping is available pan India via our reputed courier partners.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India.
• Yuvika Fashion Feista is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, public holidays, or any circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
• Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

We want you to love your purchase. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact and in original packaging.
• Sale items, customised garments, and items explicitly marked non-returnable are not eligible.
• Items showing signs of use, alterations, or damage will not be accepted for return.
• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
